Vacation Rentals & Short Term Rentals

Thank you for your interest in our vacation rental cleaning service. 
Before we work together we want to go over what you can expect from working with us. We know the importance of perfection and strive for excellence at all times. 
 

• We provide vacation rental cleaning services Monday Through Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm.  

• Clients have access to a private account that will allow them to schedule cleanings designed exactly to their needs. View photos of the entire home after the cleaning for your reassurance. 

• Our technicians follow an intensive checklist designed to ensure your home is perfect for the next guests. 

• We report low supplies, missing items, or any damages or maintenance issues

• Laundry is completed on site during the cleaning process or can be completed off-site for $2 per pound. (washed, dried, folded and weighed) In the event laundry is not completed by the end of the cleaning, due to large amounts of laundry, older machines, we will take the the excess laundry off-site and complete at $2 per pound and return at the next cleaning. 

• All garbage is placed outside in on-site receptacles unless you choose to have garbage removed off-site for an additional fee. 

• Exterior items or deep cleaning can be added for an additional fee.

 
What we need from you in order to provide the best service.

• Guest check in and out time

• Entry code and supply closet code

• Supply closed needs: hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent,  new sponges, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets,  and any other items you’d like us to put out for your guests

• Special requests-exterior cleaning, garbage removal off-site, laundry off-site, sweep garage, deep cleaning, clean bbq, second kitchen or kitchenette, extra rooms-gym, office etc.

• Provide 2 sets of linens for each bed

• Extra towels

• Extra batteries and lightbulbs 

• Is there more than one bed per bedroom? (we do charge for extra beds, more than one per bedroom)

• Have your guests start the dishwasher upon departure

 
Vacation rentals/short term cleanings are for homes, condos, apartments that are strictly used for vacation rental purposes.  We trust that your vacation rental is properly licensed with City and County ordinances. 
If your vacation rental hasn’t been professionally cleaned in 30 or more days, we recommend booking a maintenance cleaning service to ensure your rental is in excellent condition prior to your guests arrival.  
Please note that we are a cleaning company and not a property management company. We cannot guarantee that our availability will align with every guest check out date. We highly recommend that you work with multiple companies.
